Lesson 3 Chapter 1
Daily Affirmations
Each day perform the Qigong for the week as early in the morning as possible.
As you perform the Qigong repeat that day's affirmation throughout the exercise as you inhale.
Throughout the day, repeat the affirmation mindfully, without the Qigong, at least seven different times throughout the day.
Before bedtime, do the Qigong once more and repeat that day's affirmation throughout the exercise.
Monday -
I put my mind's energy into things that support me..
Tuesday -
I allow myself to be who I am without judgment..
Wednesday -
I give myself space to grow and learn..
Thursday -
I am becoming closer to my true self every day..
Friday -
I make a difference in the world by simply being..
Saturday -
I am creatively inspired by the world around me..
Sunday -
My mind is full of inspired ideas..
