Tapping into Nature and Universal Qi for Healing Ourselves and Others.

Lesson 9

We now know energy moves through our body by way of the meridian system.

Know not only the direction of flow of each system, but also how they relate to each other. If that is troublesome for you, go back and review Lesson 6: A deeper study.

Qi or Prana also moves in and out through our Chakras.

Know not only the chakras, but what aspect of life they relate to. If you are unsure of this, review lesson 2: Energy Anatomy

While we know this energy is always running through us, how do we tap into Universal Qi to facilitate our healing and those we are attempting to assist?

  • We have the neutrinos that are continuously passing through us. Our visualizations create an energy field that converts those neutrinos to usable Qi.
  • There is an abundance of energy in this realm, We are a one of 7.9 billion on a speck of dust. We orbit a mediocre ember of a star thrown off by a spiraling cluster of 200- 400 billion stars in our galaxy! Our galaxy is one of 2 trillion in our one know Universe! We are truly "dust in the wind." ~ Kerry Livgren
  • Tap into the disembodied "Wise Ones" in your midst. We have helpers, we are not alone, ever. If you ask them to help guide you, they will. Often, if I can't figure out an issue, I turn to these helpers. Every time something good comes of that.

Running Qi Through Meridians

Just as we run Qi through visualization in our Qigongs through our own bodies, we can run Qi through another body. We will be focusing on this in our work this week.

Wherever the pain point is, hold the left palm on the heart side of the meridian and the right hand at the exit point of that Yang meridian. Depending on the element involved, run that color coming in as you inhale and a "used" version of that color coming out as you exhale. Continue this for a minute and one half or nine breaths.

Here we are circulating Qi, just as we circulate Qi within our Qigong exercises. We can use this in combination with vibration to move Qi that is not optimally flowing through the meridians.

Dredging Stagnant Qi

Just like sand in a river, (Meridians flow like rivers), stagnant Qi will impede the flow. Just as in the picture above, we can use a claw to get the stagnant out and get natural flow back to the Meridian. Our hands will serve as claws.

Adding Qi to depleted organ systems

Remember visualization? This will help you in cultivation. If you can imagine yourself on a mountaintop, reaching up into the universe, and then pulling in that Universal Qi, then you have it. You can be anywhere. However, if in your mind you are on that mountaintop, with all of Natures Qi at your disposal, you will indeed bring that Qi in. Remember the neutrinos? They are going through are body at the rate of a couple of billion per second. They are our raw material, to be transformed into Qi when they enter our thought fields.

Now run that Qi, with the appropriate color, through the meridian system of the depleted organ system and then into the physical organ. You've just recharged that organ system!

Practice, Practice, Practice!

Whatever skill you are learning, it takes practice to instill it into your neurons. Remember, we are building dendrites here. If you are unsure about how to build dendrites, review the video below on Neuroplasticity.
